No permission will be granted to companies, organisations, websites or authors who decide to sell or charge for our data without a current license from DrivingRoads.co.uk.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY REVIEWING, READING, ANALYSING OR USING ALL OR ANY PORTION OF THE DRIVINGROADS.CO.UK Software YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOU AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS ENFORCEABLE LIKE ANY WRITTEN NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT SIGNED BY YOU. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT THEN DO NOT REVIEW, READ, ANALYSE OR USE THIS Software.
DrivingRoads.co.uk owns all intellectual property in the Software. The Software and Documentation are Commercial Items. DrivingRoads.co.uk permits you to use the Software only in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Software License. Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DrivingRoads.co.uk grants you a single-user, single-platform, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license for use of the Software.
2. Conditions
General Use. You may review, read, analyse, install, copy and use the Software and you may reproduce the Software for archive and backup purposes. You may not sell in part or whole, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reverse-assemble or reverse-compile any portion of the Software, or derive Source Code based on any version of the Software.
As an END USER and/or COMPANY who is using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
